Air enters through ceiling intake plenum and is pulled vertically down, surrounds the vehicle, and exits through rear filters located at floor level which exhaust into the atmosphere

They are ideal for auto body shops and manufacturing plants or for shops without pit capabilities. Side Downdraft Booth falls under the Advanced category of our Essential, Advanced or Elite booth options and there are ways to turn your Advanced into an Elite setup.

Categorized as Advanced, Side Downdraft booth build spray booth are available in a variety of sizes and finishes, offering solid airflow control with a more economical install. Pits are great and offer ultimate environment control with Downdraft systems, but they don’t always make dollars and sense, this is where a Side Downdraft booth comes into play.
