The Belt Conveyor Recovery System combines simple, reliable, technology with high quality components for a system that is rugged, durable, and economical. The Belt Conveyor Recovery System is built in custom lengths to suit existing or new blast rooms. It is engineered to suit rooms of all sizes.

A standard complete system comprises recovery hoppers, floor grating, a drum motor for each belt run, a bucket elevator, and an air-wash abrasive cleaner.


Floor Recovery Components - 1ft. wide continuous belt, 2hp drum motor, 10-gauge steel construction

Floor Recovery Area - 3ft. wide x 10ft. or 20ft. long; longer sections up to 100ft. by special order

Grating - 250lbs/ sq.ft. uniform load

Media Transfer - Bucket elevator with poly bucets on 4-inch wide belt; 1hp motor

Media Cleaning - Air-wash abrasive cleaner; 1/4hp motor

Media Storage - 56 cu.ft. total

Dust Collection - Ventilates abrasive cleaner. Blast room dust collector must be ordered seperately

Blast Machine - ASME-code 6 cu.ft. capacity stationary blast machine with sentinel metering valve, TLR-300 pneumatic remote controls with ACS, 1-1/4"ID coupled blast hose and TXP-6 nozzle

Electrical Specifications - 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60hz.

Operator Safety Equipment - Apollo 600hp DLX supplied-air respirator, Clem-Cool air conditioner, respirator hose, CPF-breathing-air filter, heavy-duty blast suit, gloves, and replacement lenses

Start-Up Supervision - One technician for one day

Other Options - 600 cfm abrasive cleaner dust collector with 1hp motor or RP-cartridge collecor with 1hp motor (required if room ventilation system can not accommodate abrasive cleaner ventilation).  100 or 200 cu.ft. storage hopper.
